The fantastic weather in Oslo is lasting. We have lived in summer land since may which is not normal in this country. I don't complain. We don't need to travel to enjoy relaxation this days beside a swimming pool, river or the ocean.
A cold Corona
Extra in the heat with a piece of lime or some cold water with lemon to
quench your thirst. Roll a box of coke over your cheek and feel the
contrast of heat and cold.
This still life have been arranged by me to create a rhythm in the picture. A
nice picnic table with beverages drawn with charcoal. I listened too Black Sabbath while I drew this Still Life. Imagine the green and yellow colors of the fruits lemon and lime toward the red box of Coca Cola and the black print of the Corona Bottle.
I found this picture among all my works, taken of an older still life from my specialization period of Abstraction of Still Life from the first year in Nydalen Art School. This is a work I decided not to abstract because it contains to many objects and stands for itself.
